The nature of St Sampson Terminal Ltd’s business requires a close relationship and in-depth dialogue with regulatory bodies such as the Guernsey Fire and Rescue Service and the Health & Safety Executive. The fuel terminal is regulated by the Health and Safety Executive who issues an annual license for the Storage of Inflammable Oils in accordance with the Petroleum (1925) Law.
